There are 2 options:

1. You can look for the products that you would like to order from our website. Then, you can directly send us the list of the items that you would like to order as well as your company name and address, email and contact number to our contact channels. We will let our sales team quote the price for your orders and contact you back as soon as we get your order and your detail.

2. You can click “Request a Quote”, and you can send us the list of the products that you would like to order and then click “submit.” After we get your information, we will let our sales team quote the price and contatc you back very soon.

**Note: if you would like to get an update for your price quotation, you can contact us through our conatct channels. I would suggest you to contact us through our social media channels because we typically reply within an hour.

The minimum order for auto part is 5 pieces for each items.

For example, if you would like to order bumper of Toyota, you need to order 5 pieces of Toyota bumper.

Normally, it takes around 4-5 days. However, it depends on the number of the products that you send to us. If you would like to get the quotation faster, we recommend you to send us the FPI code of those items. With FPI code, you might get the price quotation within 1-2 days. For example, you would like to order front bymper bk w/o finisher of Toyota Land Cruiser 2011, you can send us the FPI code (TYB241 NA).

Yes. We provide export molds as we provide molding service, which includes mold design, mold making and mold rental service. For molding service, there are almost three thousand sets of molds available to suply from our company.

There are 2 options:

You can ship by air or sea.

**Note: there are 3 sizes for container for shipping by sea, which are 20FT, 40ST, and 40HQ.

Normally, it depends on where you are located. For example, if your location is in Asia, it will take around one week to get your shipment.

Fortune Parts Industry (FPI) accepts payment via a bank trasnfer. We have an account in Thailand only.

We provide designing service. Therefore, we can design an outstanding auto parts for you. The specialty of this designing service is that you can be a part of this design idea. Apart from that, we can print the product design in 3D version as we also have 3D printing service, which allow our customers to see the product that seems like a real product design as much as possible. After you are satisfied with the product design, we can also produce that product for you as we have molding service as well. Our compnay is one-stop service, so we can provide a full range of automotive services from upstream to downstream.

We will sign and adhere to any confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement. We also have a strict policy for our organization that no images of a customer’s goods are ever permitted without specific consent. Moreover, we rely on our reputation for working with hundreds of thousands of unique designs over a long period of time and never disclosing any confidential information to a third party.
